Taiwan runs on scooters and surprises.
Rush-hour chaos, Taipei 101 punching through the skyline, and some of the most insane light I've ever shot. One of my favourite places in SEA to point a camera.
Scooter Waterfall
Taiwan's legendary scooter waterfall in full flow, riders pouring off the bridge in their hundreds. Across South East Asia the scooter is how everyone gets anywhere, and Taiwan leads the way. Rush hour becomes a single moving organism. An energetic, fascinating print, and an instant conversation starter.
Taiwan Rays
The most insane rays of light I've ever seen in my life, shot from the top of Taipei 101. Probably my favourite frame I've taken in Taiwan. Sunbeams pouring between the clouds onto the city below, the whole scene lit like a stage. Moments like this cannot be planned, only caught. A dramatic, uplifting print with genuine wow factor.

The clouds parting to spotlight the Grand Hotel Taipei, one beam finding one building. A truly insane situation to witness, the sky choosing its subject. The hotel's red mass glows against the muted city around it. A theatrical print with a sense of occasion, and a striking hit of colour for a wall.
Somewhere In Taiwan
Deep in the mountains west of Taipei, where the ridgelines fade back in layers of blue. Taiwan hides this much wilderness minutes from one of Asia's busiest cities, and most visitors never see it. Mist, mountains, and quiet without end. A serene print that brings depth and calm to a wall.
Taiwan Frames
Taipei 101 framed through a gap in the foliage, the tower rising inside a window of shadow. Finding frames within frames is one of photography's quiet joys, and nature built this one perfectly. Leaves soften the edges of the tallest thing in the city, and both come out better for it. A clever, layered print for lovers of cities and shadows alike.
Peak Hour
Rush hour, caught from above. Imagine coming home from work in that every single day. Traffic compresses into pure pattern, headlights and lane lines turning commute into composition. It is chaos at a distance, which is the only comfortable way to enjoy it. A dynamic urban print with humanity in its bones.
