Every print is hand-crafted to order and shipped worldwide. Orders route globally to the production facility closest to you, so your piece travels a shorter distance and reaches you faster.
Printed just for you
Because nothing is pre-printed, please allow a short window before your order ships. Unframed prints are usually produced within 3–5 days. Framed pieces take a little longer, since each frame is assembled and matted by hand — please allow 1–2 weeks for production completion.
Cushioned, boarded, boxed
Your print is wrapped in a protective sleeve with guards fitted to every corner, and a rigid board is secured over the face to shield the surface. Larger sizes are bubble-wrapped for added protection, then everything ships in a heavy-duty box.
The frames use a lightweight perspex glaze rather than glass, which makes them far more resilient in transit while maintaining the same high-quality glossy look.
Rolled, tubed, easy to unfurl
Each print is hand-rolled in tissue paper and sent in a thick-walled tube. Take care removing the print from its tube — take it out gently and leave it to unroll on its own. Unrolling too aggressively could cause wrinkling.
We recommend unrolling slowly and laying the print flat with the corners pinned down for a day or two before framing.
