These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this store and to any order you place with Pat Kay ("we", "us"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our products

Our prints are fine-art photographic reproductions, made to order in the size, frame, and finish you select. Because screens vary, colours may look slightly different in person. Sizes are approximate and framing may vary slightly, as each piece is finished individually.

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, with taxes applied as indicated there. We do our best to keep pricing and product information accurate, but we may correct errors and reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — including where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, through our secure payment providers.

Delivery timeframes, cancellations, damaged items, and refunds are covered in our Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies, which form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All photographs, images, text, and designs on this store are the property of Pat Kay and are protected by copyright. Your purchase is for personal display only. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, license, or use any image or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Subject to those rights, our products and store are provided "as is", and our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
